Our team is led by Dr. Naval Kishore Tripathi, a seasoned leader with over 28 years of entrepreneurial and management experience in Business Development and After-Sales Engineering Services. Dr. Tripathi has successfully established manufacturing facilities for key electronics industry consumables, including SMT Glue, Thermal Paste, Solder Paste, Potting Compounds, and Flux.
With extensive expertise in Photolithography Technology, Semiconductor Technology Sales, Process Optimization, Product Training, and Field Support, Dr. Tripathi has driven sustained profitability and led high-impact global projects. His deep knowledge of photolithography, especially in laser-based mastering systems using 405 nm, 266 nm, and 257 nm lasers, makes him a key expert in facilitating market entry and business growth worldwide.
Dr. Tripathi’s leadership has helped Electo build strong relationships with key accounts, secure significant orders, and expand our clientele across Corporate Houses, High-Tech Industries, and Research Centers. He has successfully executed projects and provided technical support across Europe, North America, and Asia, bridging technological and cultural gaps to deliver customized technical solutions.
