Flux 3027

Description

3027 is low solid flux formulated with non-halide activators, this leaves behind aesthetically and cosmetically cleaner post-flux residue than many other fluxes.

THINNING

3027 has some evaporation under normal operating/ environmental conditions and in order to restore it to its original specific gravity, thinner should be used.

Application

Replace the flux from the tank after 50 hours of operation to avoid debris and contaminations being accumulated on the parts. Specific gravity of the flux needs to be maintained as per the specification best suitable for end use. Compressed air supplied must be oil free and with no water contents.
