Due to the nature of our products (thermal, soldering, and sealant products), proper curing is essential for their effectiveness. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been opened, used, or improperly stored. Additionally, in the event that a product is found to be damaged and eligible for return and refund, please note that the processing time for such requests may take up to 7 days.
